Who is a sleep psychiatrist?
Sleep psychiatrist is a psychiatrist with additional expertise in treatment of sleep disorders and psychiatric disorders which occur often in conjunction with each other. Dr Relia's training and experience enables him to evaluate the impact of individuals sleep habits/rhythms on psychiatric disorders and vice versa.
Will my insurance cover my visit?
At this time Dr Relia is credentialed and “in network” with Cigna, Anthem. Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna and United Health Care. Dr Relia is considered an "out of network" provider for other insurances. Dr Relia can provide a "superbill" which can be used to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.
What age group does Dr Relia see?
Dr Relia, sees all age groups including children, teenagers and adults
What is a superbill?
Superbill is an invoice that you would receive and can be used to request reimbursement from the insurance. This invoice generally includes the billing code assigned to the service/appointment. See sample here-

What is your cancellation/no show policy
In order to be efficient and fair, Dr Relia charges full fee for "no shows" and cancellations without a 24 hour notice. We request a payment information to be submitted through the patient portal prior to the first scheduled appointment
Can I get a same-day appointment?
Same day appointments may be available. Please contact Dr Relia at 909-353-0030 to schedule an introduction
Emergency/Crisis situations
In an emergency situation, if you are experiencing a crisis situation or feeling suicidal and need urgent help, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
What forms of payment do you accept
Dr Relia, accepts VISA, American Express, Mastercard, Discover Card
Medication refills
Please allow at least 3 business days for any medication refills.
Do I need to live in California or Tennessee to see Dr Relia
Since, Dr Relia, is licensed in California and Tennessee, please note that you must be physically located in these states at the time of the virtual appointment.
Additional information
Please note that Dr Relia, does not prescribe controlled substances via tele medicine appointments. In addition, Dr Relia does not perform disability evaluations or workers compensation evaluations.
